Q. What do you get for $19.95?
A. One full page of advertising and up to ten images on www.apartments.co.nz. The most visited website in NZ for apartments for rent and sale.

Q. How do I get my pictures and information on your website. I'm internet challanged.
A. Just phone and we'll take care of the rest.

Q. Can you write my advert for me?
A. Yes. Just tell us about your apartment.

Q. Can you rent or sell my apartment for me?
A. No, sorry! We are not real estate agents. However, click on 'Find agents' on our website (www.apartments.co.nz) to select a suitable agent.

Q. I need to rent or sell my apartment quickly. What do you suggest?
A. Click on the 'help menu' at the top of this page to read tips on renting or selling your apartment. Advertising is only part of the mix of getting your apartment rented or sold quickly.

Q. How do I get my advert at the top of the list?
A. Just select the feature advert option and for an extra $5 you will be at the top of general listings.

Q. How much does it cost to move into an apartment?
A. Usually 5 week's rent (1 weeks rent in in advance, 1 weeks letting fee and 3 weeks bond). Your bond is held by The Tenancy Tribunal and refunded when your tenancy ends. So, if an apartment is advertised at $280 per week, you will need 5 weeks rent to move in ($1400).

Q. What is a letting or agency fee?
A. A letting fee or agency fee is usually charged by property managers for finding an apartment and arranging all the paperwork. It's normally one weeks rent but can also be a set fee. Some agencies will waiver this fee if asked.

Q. I'm a real estate agent and I just don't have the time to put up listings. What can you offer me?
A. We can import all your listings into our website at a click of a button.

Q. Can building managers list on your website?
A. All building managers can list their building for FREE and put up as many details as they like (who to contact if tenants lose their keys and your bodycorp rules etc). Just click on 'Find buildings' on our website (apartments.co.nz) and enter your details.
